Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website bxzqnlimited.site and any engagement with BXZQN Limited. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by BXZQN Limited, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 16 Marsden Gardens, Dartford, England, DA1 5GF, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 959 124.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Projects, publishing & advertising
Scope, deliverables, timescales and fees for any project are agreed in writing before production begins, and changes requested afterwards are quoted separately. Media rates, availability and placements are subject to the owners of the media concerned and to confirmation at the time of booking. Campaign results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competing activity and the client’s own product and pricing; we do not guarantee any particular level of response, reach, ranking or sales. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information, claims and any materials they supply, and for ensuring they hold the necessary rights in them; we are responsible for the work we produce. Advertising we produce is prepared with the UK Advertising Codes in mind, but final approval of any claim about a client’s own goods or services rests with the client. Ownership of intellectual property in commissioned work, and any licence to use it, passes as set out in the project agreement, usually on payment in full. Third-party fonts, images and other licensed material are supplied under their own licence terms.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
